The RouteConverter OpenSource Edition aims to avoid an Internet Connection by downloading data for offline usage. This covers

Currently, it requires an Internet Connection for:

The RouteConverter OpenSource Edition uses the mapsforge library for the display of the map, routes, tracks and waypoint lists.
